KANTOOR HEEMSTEDE
HET ONTWERP IS EEN OPTIMALISATIE VAN DE PLATTEGROND
RESULTEREND IN MEERDERE KANTOREN, VERGADERRUIMTE,
PROJECTRUIMTE EN GEZAMENLIJKE ENTREE MET PANTRY. HET
ONTWERP IS GERICHT OP GEZONDE MATERIALEN EN
VERDUURZAMING IN COMBINATIE MET EEN DAKTUIN.
EERSTE VERDIEPING
De bestaande situatie was een kantoor ruimte met
opslagruimte. Door het schuine dak is de ruimte minder
praktisch en indeelbaar. Door de twee dakkapellen aan beide
zijde te maken ontstaat er extra ruimte en wordt de
indeelbaarheid vergroot. De as is de entree met pantry
waardoor er aan weerszijde de mogelijkheid is om twee
kantoren te maken. De bestaande opslagruimte is ontworpen als
een projectruimte. De planten en groendak maken de omgeving
in combinatie met de ramen en het materiaal tot een gezonde
werkomgeving.

THE DESIGN IS AN OPTIMALISATION OF THE FLOOR PLAN
RESULTING IN MULTIPLE OFFICES, MEETING ROOM, PROJECT
SPACE CONNECTED BY A SHARED ENTRANCE WITH PANTRY.
ALL DESIGNED SUSTAINABLE WITH SUSTAINABLE FURNITURE
ELEMENTS AND A ROOF GARDEN.
FIRST FLOOR
The existing space was a shared office and a project space.
The roof was sloped resulting in less volume on the sides making
the space not functional. Designing two dormers on each sides
created the extra space. The new floor plan provides 4 offices
and a meeting room. While the existing storage space was
transformed in a project room. All is connected to a shared
entrance with pantry resulting in an multifunctional office.
Within the office furniture is introduced as planters and a roof
garden was added on the connected roof providing a healthy
workenvironment.
